Job summary

The Hagedorn Little Village School in Seaford, NY seeks a qualified School Psychologist to support the CPSE evaluations department for children aged 2 to 12. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology is required.
• Certification as School Psychologist is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct social history interviews and classroom observations.
• Conduct cognitive and educational evaluations.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments in community pre-schools.
• Provide families with CPSE process information and evaluations.
• Participate in school district meetings and present evaluations to CPSE.
• Complete Individual Education Plans (IEP).
• Conduct optional parent training sessions.
