Qualifications

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record.
• Background check as required by the agency and DHS.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy or skills services to children, adults, and families.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to determine service eligibility.
• Complete documentation to required standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers.
• Seek supervisory consultation as needed.
• Complete mandatory trainings for skill maintenance.
• Attend staff meetings and supervision.
• Reflect and communicate Fernbrook’s mission internally and externally.
• Comply with agency policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
