An excellent opportunity has arisen within the MasterData & TMS Systems Support team for a MasterData & TMS Systems Support Specialist. The team is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of master data while providing functional support for the Transport Management System (TMS).
As a team we are responsible for JDE & TMS master data, managing & resolving helpdesk calls. We provide support to business users & resolve issues.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a high level of accuracy, and is committed to maintaining reliable information that supports business operations.
The Details:
- The role is homebased but there may be occasional visits to depots as and when required
- Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
- Salary: £28,184.68 Per Annum
- Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to)
- Monitor ServiceNow helpdesk. Assigning calls to relevant teams.
- JDE MasterData - Create, update & maintain master data records in JDE. Customers, Suppliers, Employees
- GTS MasterData - Create, update & maintain Master data records in TMS. Customer, Subcontractors, Drivers, Resources
- Provide support for TMS/CIA users by troubleshooting system issues and resolving incidents
- Set up user accounts, reset passwords and manage user access (GTS,CIA)
- Support TMS implementations, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
- Working with Finance/Operations to deal with all aspects of the supply chain and linked systems
- Adherence to consistent processes across all depots.
- Ad hoc analysis and reporting for Line Management.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working within an operational or accounts department
- Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent prioritisation & organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills - Proficiency in Microsoft excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- Must be a good team player and work well as part of a small team
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Experience in working with GTS, ESP, CIA and JDE is desirable but not essential
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
