  • Collaborate with Engineering: Work with engineers to optimize programs for manufacturability.
  • Conduct Simulations: Perform simulations to ensure program accuracy before production.
  • Document Programming Processes: Maintain detailed records of revisions, updates, and best practices.
  • Train Production Staff: Provide guidance and training on CNC programs, setups, and fixtures.
