Job summary

Dynomax, Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. You will program complex parts from blueprints using Mastercam or NX, create tool sheets and setup instructions, and perform macro programming for Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain systems in an aerospace tooling environment.

You will read prints, ensure close tolerances, and collaborate with process engineers and operators to guarantee quality parts while working with new state of the art CNC machines in a clean environment.

Qualifications

• Mastercam or NX programming experience
• Familiar with speeds and feeds for exotic materials
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Knowledge of G-Code and M-Code
• Aerospace, Automotive and/or Mold & Tool background
• Ability to work successfully with a team

Responsibilities

• Program complex parts from blueprints
• Create tool sheets and setup instructions with each CNC program
• Macro programming: Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain
• Read prints and maintain tight tolerances in aerospace tooling and small run production
• Collaborate with process engineers and machine operators to ensure quality parts
