Job summary

Ascendo-Resources seeks a Wire Processing Specialist / Wire Investigations in Miami, FL to support a contract role. The position focuses on processing domestic and international wire transfers, investigations, and compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Travel Rule requirements.

Requirements include 2–5 years in a bank wire transfer department, wire processing and wire investigations experience, Fedwire and SWIFT familiarity, Spanish-English bilingual ability, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a bank wire transfer department.
• Wire processing and wire investigations experience — MUST HAVE.
• Fedwire and/or SWIFT experience.
• FedLink experience highly preferred, not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish - required.
• Working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Travel Rule regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive transactions.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Processing domestic and international wire transfers, monitoring Fedwire/SWIFT/online banking channels.
• Researching and resolving wire investigations and discrepancies.
• Reconciling GL accounts tied to wires.
• Ensuring full compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, and Dodd-Frank remittance rules.
