Job summary

MORryde is seeking skilled welders to join our 1st and 2nd Shift Fabrication teams in Indiana. You will weld custom parts in a booth, set up machines, and maintain safety and quality on fast-paced lines.

1st shift offers production bonuses in addition to base pay; 2nd shift adds a $5/hour premium and a production incentive. MORryde supports certification and growth within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year MIG welding experience required.
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance, reliability and teamwork.
• Certified welder preferred with company support for annual certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up the weld machine and fixtures to produce parts.
• Weld production parts with clean, high-quality results.
• Maintain safe, clean welding area and follow safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with teammates during shifts.

We are seeking elite welders to join our 1st and 2nd Shift Fabrication Department! First shift welders have the opportunity to earn production bonuses in addition to their base hourly rate.

Our 2nd shift manual welders earn a $5 per hour shift premium and a production incentive bonus in addition to their base hourly rate!

Fabrication welders are stationed at a booth where you will be welding custom parts. Because many of these welds are visible on the finished product, we are looking for experienced welders who take pride in their craftmanship and can consistently produce clean, high-quality welds. You would be responsible for setting up the weld machine while maintaining a safe and clean welding environment.

Candidates must possess a positive attitude, excel in a team-oriented environment, and maintain high safety standards. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with teammates.

Requirements

• 1st Shift- 5:00am to 1:00pm, with overtime opportunities
• 2nd Shift – 1:00pm to 9:00pm, with overtime opportunities
• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Certified welders preferred (MORryde will assist in maintaining your annual certification)
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Team player mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
