Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in fine jewelry or watch polishing.
• Strong knowledge of steel and precious metals and finishing techniques.
• Experience polishing stock watches preferred.
• Understanding of retail or fine jewelry industry.

Responsibilities

• Polish and clean cases, bracelets and buckles per Breitling standards for customer, warranty, and stock watches.
• Handle watches, accessories and parts with care and attention to detail.
• Perform quality control and meet productivity targets to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Understand Breitling's reference system.
• Operate workflow through Breitling’s computer system and follow company procedures to meet demand.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and report equipment needs to supervisor.
• Communicate with workshop and After Sales Service for optimal service levels.
