Job summary

Kendall Auto Group in Bend, OR is seeking a Master/Certified Volkswagen Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair a broad range of VW vehicles to manufacturer standards. You will perform adjustments, calibrations, and fluid replenishment, and you’ll document work and track time per Kendall policies.

The role offers top flat rate pay based on experience, relocation assistance, career development, generous PTO, bonuses, and a supportive team in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Volkswagen technician experience at a dealership.
• Current Volkswagen certifications are preferred.
• Must be able to work on a wide variety of Volkswagen vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and identify vehicle issues.
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and replenishing fluids.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components.
• Repair or replace parts with independent judgment.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work and resolve issues.
• Document work completed and track time per Kendall policies.
