Job summary

Kendall Auto Group in Bend, OR is seeking an experienced Certified Volkswagen Technician to join our service department. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of VW vehicles to the highest Kendall and manufacturer standards.

This role offers top flat rate pay, relocation assistance, ongoing training, generous PTO, tenure bonuses, and production bonuses in a busy, family-owned shop with a loyal customer base. Comprehensive benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Volkswagen technician experience at a dealership.
• Current Volkswagen certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work on a wide variety of Volkswagen vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and identify vehicle issues.
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and replenish fluids.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components.
• Repair or replace parts, using independent judgment when necessary.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work and resolve issues.
• Document work completed and track time per manufacturer and Kendall policies.
