Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile personal trainers across client sites in the DC area. You will mentor trainers, drive results, and shape community fitness programs with autonomy and impact.

You’ll conduct assessments, design sessions for individuals and small groups, and oversee client success metrics while supporting sales goals. A certified CPT with leadership experience and CPR/AED is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/AED certification and CPT credentials.
• At least 3+ years in personal training with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values in every interaction
