GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile trainers delivering personalized sessions at clients’ homes, offices, and community spaces. You will design sessions, monitor client progress, and foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes results and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of training and leadership experience, CPR/AED certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
