GYMGUYZ NW Washington is hiring a lead-level Certified Personal Trainer for Bellevue/King County. This Master Trainer role blends in-home coaching, client assessments, consultative program recommendations, and leadership within the training team.

No gym rent or membership quotas; you bring coaching skill and client-development mindset. We provide brand support, scheduling systems, and growth opportunities as you expand your client load.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Proven ability to motivate clients and communicate professionally.
• Willingness to travel within Bellevue/King County.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills.
• Professional, self-motivated, organized, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and client consultations.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and understand goals and barriers.
• Recommend customized training programs and help clients begin their fitness journey.
• Close personal training package sales through a consultative approach.
• Deliver safe, high-energy in-home and on-site sessions.
• Design and update personalized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Track client progress through reassessments and ongoing communication.
• Manage your schedule and travel within Bellevue/King County.
