Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled Toolmaker in Minnesota to help build and repair tooling and fixtures to exacting tolerances. The role requires strong leadership, extensive hands-on experience with CNC mills and EDMs, and the ability to read blueprints and interpret CAD models.

You will participate in problem solving and continuous improvement, train others, and support safe, quality-focused manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with CNC milling and EDMs.
• Familiarity with CAD models and tool drawing descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including FDA.
• Operates and troubleshoots tool room equipment (CNC mill, EDMs, grinders, lathes, drill presses).
• Plans, constructs, and repairs tooling to close tolerances.
• Leads projects, mentors technicians, and communicates progress to management.
