Job summary
Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA is looking for a Master Technician/Certified Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in a high-demand, fast-paced environment. The role is 100% on-site at Longo Lexus with a base hourly wage around $32, plus a production bonus based on performance.
Responsibilities include performing repairs per repair orders, communicating with service advisors, and ensuring work meets factory standards.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent in Automotive Technology.
- Minimum 3 years automotive experience.
- At least 4 ASEs required.
- Ability to operate manual transmissions and diagnose issues.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance per repair order and factory standards.
- Complete a range of vehicle repairs, from oil changes to engine work.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
- Test drive to verify repairs and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain communication with service advisors and parts department.
