Job summary

Lexus of Tacoma, part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is hiring Hourly Technicians to advance through factory training while working in a clean, fast-paced shop. Pay is $19–$20 per hour with full benefits including holidays, vacation, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Technicians diagnose and repair vehicles, maintain work area, and participate in ongoing training. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and meet background screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work as designated on repair orders.
• Inform service advisor if additional work is needed.
• Assist in training and supervising of apprentices/T-10 students when applicable.
• Attend training sessions and meetings.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Diagnose customer vehicles and perform repairs as needed.
• Describe cause and cure on finished repair orders.
• Ensure quality of workmanship and safety compliance.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs as needed.
