Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience required (mid-level).
• Ability to perform repairs and diagnostics with minimal supervision.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• CJDR experience preferred but not required.

Master Technician Compensation And Benefits

The Master-Level Technician position is paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements:

• Hourly compensation, which varies based on experience, skill level, and performance
• Production-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on individual and/or team productivity
• Retention-based incentive compensation, which may be earned based on hours produced

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.80 to $84.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by job-related factors such as experience, qualifications, performance, and business needs. Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met.
