Job summary

Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to join our expanding service team. You will perform factory scheduled maintenance, diagnose and repair vehicles, and work closely with service advisors to ensure quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of technician experience, ASE certifications, valid driver's license, and a commitment to first-time-right fixes.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years, prior technician experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles per manufacturer standards.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory scheduled maintenance and follow repair/diagnostic procedures.
• Test drive vehicles to identify concerns.
• Communicate repairs needs to service advisors.
• Present vehicles in a professional, knowledgeable manner.
• Collaborate with service department staff.
• Engage in ongoing training and skill advancement.
• Stay up to date on products and vehicle maintenance requirements.
