AriensCo is seeking a Master Technician to serve as a technical product expert supporting dealers, customers, and internal teams across the product lifecycle. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, review warranties, and provide guidance to ensure a positive ownership experience.
This role emphasizes hands-on technical support (not IT). You will engage with electrical, engine, hydraulic, and transmission systems while contributing to new product development and service assessments.

AriensCo is looking for a Master Technician to serve as a technical product expert supporting dealers, customers, and internal teams throughout the product lifecycle. This position is instrumental in driving customer success by resolving service-related concerns for our outdoor power products with urgency, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a positive ownership experience. While this position involves technical support, it is not IT-related. The role supports AriensCo outdoor power products, dealers, and customers with troubleshooting and service needs.
Act as subject matter expert to diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email, and other technologies that can include but not limited to the following Electrical systems, four-cycle engine, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and transaxle drive systems
Conduct product research of internal data including warranty, recorded customer service interactions, field team feedback to be shared with internal groups
Review and process warranty claims submitted by dealer network
Provides support as a subject matter expert to customer support representatives and other staff
Participate and/or lead special projects as product service expert related to new product development, service assessments, and product research as requested
