Job Description:
Join our team as a Master Technician with flexible full-time or part-time schedules. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Sundays off. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for mechanical repairs, servicing guest vehicles, and ensuring top-quality work. We provide extensive training to certify you in various mechanical services such as lubrication, brakes, and tires, enabling you to excel and grow within our company.

Team Car Care manages nearly 500 Jiffy Lube centers across North America, emphasizing quality customer service, ethical selling, and professional growth through training and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Promoting teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
2. Providing excellent guest service with clear communication regarding vehicle issues.
3. Maintaining a clean and presentable workstation.
4. Performing complete brake services, including component replacement and brake flushes.
5. Diagnosing and understanding brake system mechanics and addressing customer questions.
6. Diagnosing issues in systems such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, and HVAC, and performing necessary repairs.
7. Using computer systems and software like All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, and NAPA to provide estimates.
8. Road-testing vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality.
9. Performing ancillary services such as fluid exchanges, fuel system cleaning, tire rotations, and gearbox services.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of automotive experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with brake systems.
• Providing training and supervision to apprentices.
• ASE certification in A5 - Brakes required; certifications in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, HVAC preferred.
• Technical or trade school degree is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
