Job summary

United CDJR in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced A-Level Chrysler/Stellantis Technician to join our Service Department in a modern 30,000 sq. ft. facility. This is not an entry-level role, and compensation offers up to $80/hour based on experience.

The technician will diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns, using factory diagnostic tools and adhering to Stellantis requirements, with opportunities for training and advancement in a high-volume shop.

Qualifications

• Advanced diagnostic and electrical skills required.
• Ability to independently diagnose complex vehicle issues.
• Chrysler/Stellantis dealership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and technical resources.
• Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed repairs.
• Perform warranty and manufacturer repairs per Stellantis requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to maintain workflow.
• Maintain manufacturer training and certification requirements.

Job description

United CDJR is looking for an experienced A-Level Chrysler/Stellantis Technician to join our Service Department in Brooklyn, NY.

We operate out of a 30,000 sq. ft. modern service facility, one of the largest in the five boroughs, built to support a high-volume shop and efficient workflow.

We are specifically looking for an experienced A-level technician with strong diagnostic and electrical capabilities who can independently diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns. This is not an entry-level technician position.

For the right level of experience, we are offering up to $80/hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and technical resources
• Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
• Perform warranty and manufacturer repairs in accordance with Stellantis requirements
• Work closely with Service Advisors and management to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Maintain manufacturer training and certification requirements
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Chrysler/Stellantis dealership experience strongly preferred
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical skills
• Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, drivability, and vehicle systems
• Stellantis/manufacturer certifications preferred
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairsValid driver’s license with a clean record
