Job summary

Dalton Motors in National City, CA is seeking a Certified Master Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will perform advanced repairs, diagnose issues, and ensure high-quality workmanship for Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru brands represented at our dealership group.

Qualifications

• Factory Master technician certification or ASE Master certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to document repairs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles assigned to you.
• Inspect vehicles and report on condition and recommendations.
• Check vehicle history for prior repairs and recalls.
• Document cause, cure, and correction statements for each repair order.
• Document flag and clock time on each repair order.
• Check for open recalls and address them.
• Explain fixes to customers and ensure first-time correctness.
• Lead and mentor other technicians as needed.
