Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as outlined on the repair order in accordance with dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend actions to ensure safety and reliability.
• Document work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain an inventory of standard tools and stay current with factory bulletins and training.
