Requirements

• Are at least 18 years old and possess the following: the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, work experience in a licensed childcare center, and hold a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder certificate at Level 4 or higher.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
