Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

1. Are at least 18 years old and possess the following: the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, work experience in a licensed childcare center, and hold a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder certificate at Level 4 or higher.
2. Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
5. Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
