Job summary

You will collaborate with the Experience Manager and ASM to maintain service quality, merchandising, and events, while staying current on industry trends and products to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency in modern salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and related services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products/services.
• Meet or exceed a weekly sales and productivity goal for hair services.
• Demonstrate services and conduct product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support in-store events and promotions to elevate guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to assist guests.
