Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and deliver quality services, including color, cuts, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where allowed.

You will collaborate with the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to drive service and retail sales while building guest loyalty, staying current on trends, and upholding safety and sanitation standards in a welcoming salon.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for a superior guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and salon cleanliness.
