Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Perform product demonstrations and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and ingredients to service guests effectively.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adherence to procedures.
