Ulta Beauty is hiring a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and deliver high-quality services. You will support the Experience Manager and ASM through sales, guest service, and operational excellence, while building product knowledge and staying current with beauty trends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales.
• Demonstrate products with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed about new industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
