Responsibilities include consultations, learning new trends, collaborating with skin therapists and the retail team, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met across the salon and sales floors.

Qualifications

• Proficient in hair design, color, and styling techniques including extensions and makeup applications.
• Ability to explain product benefits and upsell services to guests.
• Maintain high guest service levels and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions and makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest sales and loyalty.
• Support in-store events and marketing initiatives for a superior guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends and product ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain attendance and professional appearance.
