Qualifications

• Proficiency in hair design, cutting, color, texture, styling and extensions.
• Ability to demonstrate, recommend and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions and makeup (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive guest satisfaction through consultations and service recommendations.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and infection control procedures.
