Responsibilities

• Perform hair design, color, styling, makeup applications and beard extensions where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an excellent guest experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures; comply with state guidelines.
• Maintain store salon cleanliness and operational standards.
