Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircuts, color, texture, treatments, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly hair service sales of $1,250 and contribute to store sales goals.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate recommendations.
• Greet and serve walk-in guests promptly with professionalism.
• Collaborate with skin therapists and retail team for total-store guest experience.
• Adhere to policies, safety, and sanitation procedures.
