Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for hair services and makeup is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend products/services.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest look and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed service sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service.
• Support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager with performance, people, and process objectives.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state guidelines; maintain clean salon and work areas.
• Maintain professional attendance and participate in mandatory trainings.
