Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and store performance.
Demonstrate products and services to guests to drive both sales and guest experience.
Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
