Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and deliver quality services focused on the guest’s total look. The role supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through a focus on performance, guest service, and processes.

You will stay informed of industry trends, demonstrate products to drive sales, participate in store events, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while building relationships and growing your clientele.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing services (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest’s total look.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest service and sales experiences.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures; ensure policy compliance.
• Keep regular attendance and stand for long periods as required.
