Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: haircutting, color, styling, extensions, and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and recommend pro hair care and makeup.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and guest experience initiatives.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
