Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on their hair care needs and recommend services and products. You will deliver quality professional services with a focus on the guest’s total look and support the Experience Manager and ASM through performance, guest service, and process standards.

This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with salon techniques and product knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
