We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team and help us fulfill our mission.

Job Summary:
The Social Worker will be responsible for providing counseling, support, and advocacy services to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role requires a commitment to helping clients navigate complex systems, access resources, and develop coping strategies to promote their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of social work principles, and a passion for community service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assess clients’ needs through interviews, observations, and review of records.
  2. Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  3. Provide counseling and support to clients experiencing emotional, social, or economic difficulties.
  4. Assist clients in accessing community resources, such as housing, healthcare, education, and employment services.
  5. Advocate for clients within social service systems and collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care.
  6. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, services provided, and progress toward goals.
  7. Conduct outreach and education to raise awareness of social services available to the community.
  8. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to enhance professional development and service delivery.
  9. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and agencies.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  2. Interns in social work while in an accredited institution. We provide supervision.
  3. Knowledge of social work principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
  6. Proficient in using case management software and other relevant technology.
  7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
