Job summary

Ciocca Ford Lincoln of Lawrenceville is seeking a motivated Master Technician to join our team. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, with hourly pay at $40–$55 and a yearly earning potential of $100k–$150k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C).
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
