Job summary

Ciocca of Atlantic City is actively seeking a motivated Master Technician to join our team. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates and a flat hourly rate of $40–$55 with an annual earning potential of $100k–$150k+.

We provide air-conditioned shops, comprehensive training, a 401(k) with matching, PTO/holidays, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certification preferred; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Perform repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.

Qualifications:

• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
