Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience required.
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred (or equivalent manufacturer certifications).
• Strong expertise in advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to operate advanced electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Team-oriented, professional attitude with leadership capability.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems (engines, transmissions, drivability, electrical).
• Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific and electronic diagnostic tools.
• Complete repairs efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure quality and safety.
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Mentor entry-level and experienced technicians as needed.
• Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Stay current on manufacturer updates and technical service bulletins.
