Job summary

Vern Eide Motorcars in Sioux Falls is seeking a Honda Master Technician to diagnose and repair Honda vehicles using manufacturer procedures and tools. You will work on electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and HVAC systems.

We offer $60,000 to $100,000 per year, plus benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, ESOP, PTO, and employee discounts. A valid license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent Honda/Acura experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical and computer-controlled vehicle systems.
• Ability to read and interpret repair information and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Honda vehicles using manufacturer procedures and technical information.
• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, HVAC, and other complex repairs.
• Accurately diagnose difficult or intermittent concerns.
• Document work performed clearly and accurately.

• Assist and share knowledge with other technicians when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Honda Master Technician certification or equivalent Honda/Acura experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to accurately read and interpret repair information and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
