Job summary

Danco Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Waco, TX is seeking a Master Service Plumber to lead and grow the plumbing division. This role offers ownership potential to shape a department, mentor technicians, and drive long-term growth within a stable company.

You will oversee residential plumbing service, repair, and installation, read blueprints, ensure code compliance, and build processes with leadership to expand the division. Must have Texas Master Plumbing License and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master Plumbing License (Texas) required.
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong leadership mindset and ability to lead a team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards.

What You'll Do
