Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors Company is seeking a senior service plumber to lead our plumbing team in Maryland. You will guide technicians, diagnose and repair complex plumbing systems, and help expand our commercial customer base.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and independent work with travel within the territory. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Plumbing License or is willing to obtain one soon after hire, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Master's level experience and thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
• Master's Plumbing License or ability and willingness to obtain a Master's License shortly after hire.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to technicians and apprentices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system failures (leaks, stoppages).
• Repair plumbing components including water closets, sanitation, fire sprinkler piping, storm drainage, domestic water heating, and HVAC hydronic systems.
• Help develop the customer base and qualify/estimate work for plumbing service projects.
• Support sales efforts including prospecting for new opportunities and closing deals.
• Perform maintenance and repair operations on commercial plumbing systems.

What you will do:
