Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced program scheduler with TS/SCI clearance to lead the development and execution of comprehensive program schedules across multiple projects. You will coordinate with program leadership on cost accounting, contracts, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

The role requires 5+ years in program scheduling, 2+ years as a Scrum Master, and a strong Lean-Agile background within the DoD lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing program or project schedules.
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master managing project planning.
• Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process within the DoD acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience with scheduling tools including Microsoft Project and Kidasa Milestone Profession.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Nice to have: Earned Value Management.
• Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
• Experience supporting business process updates and improvements.
• Knowledge of the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
• PMP Certification.
• Implement and maintain organizational program schedules; collaborate with leadership on contracts, cost accounting, and tactical planning using MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Risky Project.
• Interact with cross-functional teams; gather program info and key metrics; prepare briefing and decision docs.
• Emphasize clear communication to meet goals and quality standards.
