Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to act as the operational hub among Sales, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Vendors, and Customers. You will manage execution of customer orders from job release through shipment while ensuring production schedules stay on track and delivery commitments are met.

The role requires coordinating multiple orders, managing materials, and communicating schedule risks across functions to drive on-time performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in production scheduling, production planning, manufacturing planning, or production control.
• Experience coordinating multiple customer orders simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP system experience, preferably SAP.
• Experience working directly with production personnel and shop-floor operations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining customer commitments.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules that meet customer delivery commitments.
• Review daily production progress, work center performance, and shift turnover updates.
• Coordinate job releases with Operations, Engineering, Estimating, and Purchasing teams.
• Prioritize emergency orders, expedited requests, and critical customer requirements.
• Monitor schedule adherence and resolve production bottlenecks.
