Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM certification is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Master Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Support successful execution of projects by organizing tasks and maintaining documentation.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability.
• Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and propose improvements.
• Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
• Proactively identify delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
