Job summary

The position is fully onsite with production teams and leaders. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years in manufacturing scheduling, with strong S&OP/S&OE experience, ERP/MRP

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5+ years in production scheduling or master planning in manufacturing.
Experience with S&OP and S&OE processes.
Strong ERP/MRP and advanced Excel skills.
Experience coordinating schedules across multiple product lines.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily, weekly, monthly production schedules across value streams.
Lead S&OP/S&OE processes to align demand, capacity, and material availability.
Monitor schedules, identify bottlenecks, adjust plans for shortages or delays.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service.
Analyze capacity, labor, inventory, and equipment to improve efficiency.
Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP and seek process improvements.
Track KPIs like on-time delivery and schedule attainment.
Communicate priorities and risks to operations leadership.
