Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Master Scheduler for the WPB Fulfillment team at our New Stanton, PA facility. You will develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS), coordinating with multiple departments to optimize resources and meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling techniques.
• Experience with SAP or Primavera scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) to balance production capacity with demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with management and various departments to align with strategic objectives.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and support long-term planning decisions.
• Monitor and adjust the master schedule for changes in demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Communicate schedule changes to departments and stakeholders.
• Ensure the master schedule supports inventory management and delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production status and performance metrics.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines; escalate issues to management when needed.
• Schedule project work through the shop and promote effective communication.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and risk avoidance for future work.
• Integrate project objectives with other project groups when needed.
• Implement value-added improvements to enhance overall project performance.
